Contract classes are great, but writing ten practice contracts with fictional scenarios will go A LONG WAY. Be prepared before writing your next offer. Make a list of everything your contract requires you know and make sure to get the answers you need when meeting with your buyers or sellers. Pinging them back and forth with additional questions only makes you look unprepared. Set yourself apart!
