FACT…Sellers net more when they list with an agent. Current statistics in our market show that sellers net 8-13% more when they list with an agent (HINT..this more than pays for the 6% commission). However, pre-COVID (before a time when houses were selling themselves) we were seeing numbers in the 23+% range! Approach owners that are listing their own homes ready to SERVE them.
