I run into agents all the time that badmouth loan products. Different loan products EXIST to solve different buying challenges. The more you badmouth loan products, the more you will scare off buyers and lose an opportunity to get to the closing table! Each product has a specific set of criteria it can use to provide a chance for your buyer to achieve the dream of home ownership. I highly recommend referring your clients out to a lender you trust and allow them to go over the pros and cons of each product available to your joint client.
